We are a group of 4-wheeling enthusiasts who had the idea of building an ATV trail system in our home town. We wanted to be able to ride our 4-wheelers from our home, not trailer them for hours before riding. With this thought in mind, we soon became a formal group of individuals and families who had the same desires. This group quickly became the Apple Valley Wheelers. To date this group has obtained and maintains several miles of ATV trails through privately owned lands.

We found ourselves becoming the stewards of our local land, acquiring permission from landowners to be able to ride on their property, marking trails of exactly where we were welcome to ride, maintaining the trails if dug up or washed out, making the designated portions of land safe for ATVs to travel over. Making the trail safe for all riders, adult and youth alike.
Our members stay on the trails and tread lightly on the land.

Apple Valley Wheelers maintains approximately 16 miles of trails, and is growing. These trails are member only trails. Membership and member fundraising allows us to sign, maintain, and insure these trails. If you are interested in becoming a club member please attend a meeting, we'd love to meet you. We offer new member trail orientation rides as needed.
